Live Foyn Friis and Martin Vinje are both highly established musicians in the norwegian music scene and have toured the world for years with different projects.
2020 put a stop to touring and forced them into a studio in Oslo where they spent most of the year writing new music. The result is an invigorating blend of styles where their common background from the world of jazz and love of intricate music meets pop’s demands for less complicated forms and messages. The lyrics are written in their native language Norwegian and come through as totally honest. Together they write about their own experiences and this beautiful thing we call life.
